### How long does it take to receive my order?
Our candles and crafts are handmade to order. Standard orders typically take 2–5 business days to create and 3–7 business days to ship within Canada. Custom or bulk orders may take 15–21 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

### Are all candles made with soy wax?
Most of our candles are made from natural soy, coconut and beeswax. For special designs (e.g., drink or dessert candles) we may use clear gel wax to achieve a glass‑like effect.

### Are the candles scented?
No. Each candle is lightly fragranced to complement its shape and theme, never overpowering. Please refer to the scent description for each candle.

### Are the candles safe to burn?
Yes – they are made with lead‑free cotton wicks and premium wax blends. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use, never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep away from children, pets and drafts.

### Can I customise my order?
Yes – we offer custom colours, scents and labels for weddings, corporate gifts and special events. Please contact us for a quote.

### Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

### What is your return or exchange policy?
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will assist with a replacement.

### How should I store my candles?
Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep them covered or in their original packaging to prevent dust accumulation. Proper care helps maintain colour, fragrance and quality.

### Do you ship internationally?
We ship across Canada, the United States and select international regions. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us to explore special arrangements.
