Please read carefully. By accepting at booking or checkout, you agree to the following on behalf of yourself and everyone in your booking party. This is a plain-language summary of our studio policies; if you have questions, email hello@rekindleandbloom.ca.

1. Assumption of risk

Re-Kindle & Bloom Studio is a hands-on creative space. Activities may involve hot wax and melted materials, open flame, fragrance and essential oils, hand tools, scissors, adhesives, glass, and other craft supplies, along with the ordinary risks of a shared physical space such as slips, trips, and contact with furniture or equipment. I understand these activities carry inherent risks of injury, burns, allergic reaction, or property damage, and I take part voluntarily.

2. Health, allergies & personal responsibility

I confirm I am able to take part in the activities I’ve booked. Complimentary snacks and beverages and craft materials may contain or contact common allergens and fragrances. I am responsible for checking ingredients and for my own and my guests’ health and safety, and I will supervise any minors in my party at all times.

3. Release & waiver of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Re-Kindle & Bloom Inc., its owners, staff, and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my visit or participation, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. This applies to me and everyone in my booking party.

4. Personal property

I understand Re-Kindle & Bloom is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.

5. Code of conduct

While at the studio I agree to: treat staff, guests, and the space with respect, kindness, and inclusivity; follow all posted safety guidance and staff instructions, especially around heat, flame, and tools; use materials and equipment with care and help keep shared spaces tidy; keep noise considerate of others; not bring or consume alcohol unless part of a licensed studio event; and supervise children in my party, keeping them away from hazards. Re-Kindle & Bloom may ask anyone to leave for unsafe or disrespectful behaviour, without refund.

6. Photography (optional)

From time to time we photograph the space. Consent to appearing in incidental marketing photos is optional and does not affect your booking.

7. Acknowledgement

I have read and understand this Waiver, Release of Liability, and Code of Conduct, and I accept it freely. I understand that checking the agreement box has the same legal effect as my signature.

Members accept this waiver once at membership sign-up; it covers all studio bookings and event attendance for the duration of the membership. One-time pass and event guests accept it each time they book or purchase.
