Application Guidelines

Complete our partnership application form (button above). We ask about your business details, the partnership type you’re interested in, and whether you can meet the minimum order or consignment terms.


Wait for approval: We review applications within 1–2 business days and will email you with next steps. Approved wholesale partners receive a price list and ordering instructions. Consignment partners receive a draft agreement.


Place your first order or schedule a meeting: Once approved, you can place a wholesale order through our private portal or arrange a consignment start date. We’ll ship or deliver your products promptly.

Frequently asked questions

What are your minimums (MOQ)?

Our typical opening order minimum is $150 CAD (mix & match). Reorders start at $100 CAD.

What are your lead times?

Small orders ship in 5–10 business days, while larger or custom orders may require 10–20 business days. We’ll confirm lead times when you request a quote.

Do you offer custom scents, colors, or private label?

Yes! We can tailor scents, colorways and labels for seasonal launches, collaborations and events. Ask us for customization options when you inquire.

Wax and scent options?

Most of our candles are made with paraffin-free natural ingredients such as soy wax and beeswax; some designs use gel wax for transparency and realism. Both scented and unscented options are available. We also offer a variety of phthalate and paraben free options for scents.

Shipping & pickup

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

We ship across Canada and the U.S. Local pickup in Toronto is available upon request. Freight is billed at cost, and we can ship using your account if preferred.

Returns & damages

Because our items are made to order, they’re final sale. However, if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace or credit the damaged item.
